I work on commissions in my free time (after work). I do not accept deadlines/rushed jobs (no matter the price) set by you, please do not rush me. I have my own deadlines that I will try to meet.

I will contact you about your upcoming commission, if there is no response from you after 5 days your commissions will be cancelled. You will be placed in the queue if you decide to re-order.

Commission is only for digital files in the sizes specified in Pricing.

I have the right to refuse any request.

I reserve the right to increase the price if high difficulty/complex art is requested.

I am not responsible if your emote/badge idea does not adhere to or denied due to Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines or any other organisation guidelines. Please ensure you read prior to requesting.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, full refund will be provided only if I decide to cancel (not you).

Sketch and Base Colouring will be sent to you for approval prior to Line Art and proper Colouring/Shading.

You may request major amendments/changes only during the Sketch stage. Amendments/revisions after the Sketch stage will result in additional charges per change.

Minor colour changes can be made without additional fees.

Do not request a certain art style from me. You can see my art style from my Art streams on Twitch or Portfolio.

I will keep you updated if there are any delays.

I can refuse your commission if I'm not comfortable with the idea or the characters.

It would help to send references and/or ideas for what you want.

Please respond to my approval requests in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met. If there is no response from you after 3 days, your commission will be delayed further.

I only accept payment through PayPal for commissions through Etsy, Ko-Fi, Twitter & Google Forms.

I can accept Paypal and Stripe payments on VGen.

Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission. No payment required upon accepting your commission.

PayPal invoice will be sent to you to request payment. Once full payment is received, I will begin the sketch process.

If no payment is received by the due date, your commission will be cancelled.

Do not request any PayPal chargeback (you'll be black listed if you do).

No refunds available when I start your commission.

Do not edit, copy or trace any of my art.

For personal and streaming/content creation use only.

I understand while Twitch/stream usage is monetised, I do not charge commercial use fees for your commission to be used on Twitch or any other streaming platform.

Commission is not to be re-sold.

Commercial use such as merchandise can be purchased for twice (x2) the original cost.

I reserve the right to stream your commission on Twitch as well as post on my social media/website/portfolio.

I may post work in progress (WIP) on my social media. Please advise if you do not wish for me to share prior to completion (for debut or re-debut). Please note that once your commission is complete, I will be sharing on social media.

Clients DO NOT have the right to use their commissions for AI artwork.

Do not claim the artwork as your own.

It would be much appreciated if you're able to credit me on Twitch, Discord by linking to my social media. You tag my Twitch handle (linalii_) to your emotes with Twitch's new Emote Attribution.
